Kintzele Law Group tries civil cases in state and federal courts throughout California. We represent clients in real estate and construction disputes, business and partnership disputes, employment matters, and estate and intellectual property litigation. In wrongful death and serious injury cases, we represent injured people and their families.
We are not the right firm if your matter involves:
Criminal defense. We do not handle criminal charges, including DUI.
Family law. We do not handle divorce, custody, or support.
Immigration. We do not handle visa, removal, or naturalization matters.
Bankruptcy or workers’ compensation. We do not file bankruptcy petitions or handle workers’ compensation claims.
Legal malpractice. We do not handle legal malpractice claims.
Defense of injury claims. In injury and wrongful death cases, we do not represent insurers or defendants.
Matters outside California. We practice in California state and federal courts only.
